As you can all tell thus far, I am NOT a food blogger... Not. Even. Close! But, I am a mom and cooking comes with the territory and making something that is MOSTLY healthy and my toddlers will eat is a HUGE WIN in my book. So I am going to share this creation of yummy vegetables and chickpeas (or garbanzo beans) that I put together for lunch.
